The estimated delivery times are listed below. However, delivery times can vary due to various factors, such as an increase in orders during discounts or the launch of a new collection.

All Harpers Footwear products come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Customers can return our products within seven days if they are unhappy and receive a refund. Delivery charges will not be refunded in any situation of refund or exchange.

CONDITION OF PRODUCTS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return (either for an exchange or refund), a product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt
  • Claimed within 7 days of delivery

Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Products must be in perfect condition, with the pricing label securely attached.

MODIFICATIONS TO ADDRESS/INFORMATION

Customers can make changes to their information within 24 hours of placing their order. You can also discuss this during the confirmation call from our agent. Once an order has been verified or dispatched, no changes to the address or information can be made.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You can cancel items or orders that have not yet entered the delivery process. However, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after your product has shipped. Our exchange policy will apply in this case. Harpers Footwear reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Payment declined by your authorized payment institution
  • Pricing inaccuracy
  • Incorrect information/address provided by the customer
  • No response to the confirmation call, text, or email

EXCHANGE ORDERS

Within 24 hours of placing an order, you can make modifications or additions. Our agent will confirm if the customer wishes to add or alter anything during the confirmation call. For exchanged items of a new size, Harpers Footwear will cover ordinary transport expenses. All exchanges, however, are based on stock availability. Any additional costs for exchanging an item must be paid by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Harpers Footwear does not offer returns or exchanges on any international orders at the moment. However, we ensure that all international orders undergo a thorough QC process before dispatch. In case of receiving a defective or damaged item, a fresh item will be sent after necessary investigations of the claim. If the ordered product/size is not available, a full amount of store credit shall be offered. The customer should notify the discrepancy within 7 days of delivery. Harpers Footwear will not cater to any exchange/return after this period.

COURIER AGENTS

At this time, Harpers Footwear uses the following courier providers to deliver your orders. However, the corporation is not obligated to change courier agents at any time.

  • For deliveries in Pakistan: M&P
  • For international deliveries: DHL and FedEx

ORDER VERIFICATION AND DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed Monday through Sunday may require 1-2 working days for verification and preparation.

Orders placed on Thursday and Friday, as well as any gazetted holidays, will be processed the next business day. Orders may be delayed temporarily during peak hours or due to delays in information verification.

ONLINE BILLING PROCEDURE

ONLINE PAYMENT

Customers who choose to pay by credit card online may undergo a fraud check to ensure a secure, legal transaction. Once confirmation is completed, the order will be processed.

If the status check for online payment is not granted, the order will be canceled.

DELIVERY WITH CASH ON DELIVERY (ONLY AVAILABLE IN PAKISTAN)

Customers who opt for cash on delivery will pay the fees once the order is accepted. You will receive an email with tracking information after your product has been dispatched; be sure to check your junk/spam folder as well.

We verify orders with a maximum of four confirmation calls for cash on delivery orders. If left unattended, your order will be canceled.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

In international transactions, shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your item. The consumer will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the respective country’s officials. While placing a purchase, one can verify the applicable foreign costs by selecting the ‘estimate shipping and taxes’ option.

Within Pakistan, we currently offer free local shipping on orders over RS.3250.

SALE ITEMS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR RETURNABLE

Please note that due to photography lighting sources or monitor settings, product colors may vary slightly. Therefore, products are not eligible for exchange for these reasons.

Any additional fabric or patches included with the purchase are listed in the website’s product description. Unless otherwise stated, any surplus fabric or embellishments used during shooting will not be included with the product.

MODIFICATIONS/RETURNS ON PAID ORDERS

In the event that a paid order is modified, a partial refund will be applied to your account once the remaining order is dispatched. If the entire order is canceled, the refund will take roughly two weeks to process.

The current exchange rate will be used to calculate the reimbursement for the items that have been returned or exchanged.

IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECTIVE OR MISPLACED ORDER

In the event that a customer receives a defective or incorrect order, Harpers Footwear offers free pick-up in Pakistan to address the situation. If the consumer accepts the order, the corporation is no longer responsible for any flaws or misplacements.

Unless our representative requests it, we do not offer any courier service compensation if the consumer returns the goods.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FABRICATION AND WASHING

The majority of our products are manufactured from high-quality materials. Every item on the harpersfootwear.com website has its materials listed in the product description. Any damage caused by washing or ironing is not the responsibility of Harpers Footwear.

REFUSAL OF PARCEL WITHOUT REASON

If the client refuses to receive the parcel at the time of delivery without reason, we will not consider any claims for reimbursements. Instead, after the goods are returned to our stock, store credit will be issued against them. You will be granted an exchange/store credit once the relevant staff has assessed your product, subject to availability.
