Harpers Footwear provides a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If customers have any problems with our products, they can return them within fourteen days and receive a refund.

Condition of the Products in the event of a Return/Exchange:

To be returned (for an exchange or permanently), a product must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With the original receipt
  • Claimed within 7 days of delivery

The products must be returned in pristine condition, with the pricing label securely attached.

Address/Information Changes:

Customers can make changes to their information within 24 hours of placing their order. When you receive a ‘confirmation call’ from our representative, you can also discuss this issue. However, no address or information can be changed once the order has been confirmed or dispatched.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel items or orders that have not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Our Exchange policy will apply in this case. Harpers Footwear reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Declined payment by your authorized payment institution
  • Pricing inaccuracy
  • Wrong information/address provided by the customer
  • Failure to respond to the confirmation call, text, or email

Order Exchanges:

Exchanges and additions can be made within 24 hours of placing an order. During the confirmation call, our representative will confirm whether the customer wishes to add or change anything. Harpers Footwear implies that there are no charges for exchanging items for a different size. All exchanges, however, are based on stock availability. Any additional costs on top of the item must be paid by the customer in the event of an exchange.

International Orders:

Harpers Footwear does not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. If the customer receives a defective or damaged item, a replacement will be sent after the necessary claim investigations. If the ordered product/size is no longer available in stock, the customer will be given full store credit. The customer must report the error within seven days of receiving the online order. After this time period, Harpers Footwear will not accept any exchanges or returns. Harpers Footwear monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Harpers Footwear online and offline stores.

Ordering Through Authentic Channels:

We encourage our customers to place orders only through our official website, our WhatsApp account, or by calling our official number, +92 300 6456726, as well as our official Facebook and Instagram pages, both of which are named Harpers Footwear. For further information, please contact us at [email protected]. However, Harpers Footwear cautions each individual not to purchase any product through any other medium. Harpers Footwear is not liable for items purchased from unauthorized resellers, individuals, or unofficial Facebook or Instagram pages.

Courier Agents:

Harpers Footwear currently uses the services of the following courier companies to deliver your orders:

  • M&P for deliveries within Pakistan
  • DHL and FedEx for international deliveries

Order Verification and Shipping Duration:

Order verification and preparation can take 1-2 working days from Monday to Sunday (Friday is off). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, as well as any public holidays, will be processed the following working day. Orders may be temporarily delayed during rush hours or due to information verification.

Online Billing Procedure:

Online Payment:

Customers who choose an online payment option may be subjected to a fraud status check to ensure a transparent, legal transaction and a seamless experience. Once the confirmation is completed, the order will be processed. If the status check for online payment is not approved, the order will be canceled.

Payment on Delivery:

Customers who prefer cash on delivery will pay the charges after the order is accepted. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information; please check your junk/spam folder as well. For cash on delivery orders, we verify orders with a maximum of four confirmation calls. If you leave your order unattended, it will be canceled.

Shipping and Customs Fees:

On international orders, shipping fees are based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by the officials of the respective country will be borne by the customer. While placing an order, you can also check the international rates for your location by clicking on the ‘estimate shipping and taxes’ option.

We currently offer free local shipping within Pakistan on orders over Rs. 3250. Items on sale are not exchangeable.

Please keep in mind that the colors of the product may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. As a result, products are not eligible for exchange for these reasons.

Please be aware that any additional fabric or patches included with the product are mentioned in the website’s product description. Unless otherwise specified in the description, any excess fabric or embellishments used during shoots will not be included with the product.

Paid Order Modifications/Returns:

If a paid order is modified, a partial refund will be credited to your account once the remainder of the order is shipped. If the entire paid order is canceled, the refund will be processed within about two weeks. The refund will be calculated using the current exchange rate for the items returned/exchanged.

In the event of a Defective or Misplaced Order:

If a customer receives a defective or incorrect order, Harpers Footwear provides free pickup to rectify the situation. If the customer accepts the order, however, the company is no longer liable for any defects or misplacements. We do not provide courier service compensation if the customer returns the item unless specifically requested by our representative.

Fabrication and Care Instructions:

The majority of our footwear is made of high-quality materials. All item materials are also specified in the product description on the Harpers Footwear website. Harpers Footwear is not liable for any damage caused by improper care of the product.

Refusal of Parcel for Any Reason:

We will not entertain any refund claims if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery FOR ANY REASON. Instead, once the refused package is returned to our warehouse, store credit will be issued. Following an evaluation of your product by the appropriate team, you will be offered an exchange/store credit, subject to availability.
